Even though there is a lot to do during a visit, activities are planned so that they cater to the interests and skills of each individual who uses the respite service.
Fun and exciting activities await our guests, like feeding and caring for animals, egg hunting, gardening activities, animal grooming, animal feeding, cooking farm fresh produce, walking, star count at night and marshmallows over the fire and BBQs, craft sessions using trees, leaves, bark, seed pods, and feathers found on the farm.
Activities also include excursions to the nearby town of Daylesford and its famous chocolate Mill, excursions to Sovereign Hill and the Gold Museum, and strawberry picking at Bacchus Marsh.
Customers will receive photographs documenting their time in the respite centre to ensure that they bring home not only inner peace but lifetime memories worthy of being remembered.
